Welcome! I am a certified personal trainer, currently studying Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University if Queensland. My absolute passion is health and fitness! My number one goal in life is to be the happiest and healthiest version of myself - to feel confident in my own skin and to be successful in all I do.
I want to help others achieve their goals, no matter how difficult it may seem or how long it might take to get there... My aim as a trainer is to help my clients achieve their desired body composition through goal specific training programs and evidence based nutrition advice. It is so important to have and maintain a healthy but sustainable lifestyle that will allow you to achieve the results you’ve always wanted! Our bodies are INCREDIBLE, and we need to look after them! There is no need to restrict yourself to some ridiculous, boring diet that you really do not want to do... or waking up at 6am to go for a 5km run before work because you want to burn those calories. Instead, pracitice flexible dieting that will fuel your body with the nutrients it needs, and workout on your terms, specific to your goals!
